A Saturday morning spent cutting, sticking, drinking tea and making something rather lovely for your home.

Come and decorate your own Japanese-inspired rice paper lamp using beautiful washi papers, mulberry papers, colour, pattern and whatever takes your fancy.

Your lamp will be built and waiting for you when you arrive. I’ll have plenty of inspiration on hand, all the materials you could possibly need, cake, tea and coffee, and gentle guidance if you want it.

Come alone, bring a friend, or bring your child along as your little creative sidekick.

No artistic ability required. If you can wield a pair of scissors, you’re golden. And honestly, even that’s probably negotiable.
