Creative Reset Sessions

Not everything needs to be a party.

Sometimes you just need a few hours where no one is asking anything of you. Where your phone can stay in your bag. Where your hands are busy and your brain gets to soften a little.

This is that.

A gentle, creative exhale. Chicken soup for the soul - without the soup bit.

The vibe

Think: soft music, warm light, a cup of tea in your hands, maybe a blanket over your knees, and something simple to make.

People quietly working side by side. A few conversations. A few long pauses. The option to tuck yourself into a cosy corner if that’s what you need.

No pressure to talk. No pressure to perform. No pressure to make anything “good.”

Just space.

What’s included

  • Small group session (intentionally intimate)

  • A softly guided creative practice (with optional prompts)

  • A calm, cosy studio setup (think blankets, candles, gentle lighting)

  • Tea (and/or wine, if that’s your flavour)

  • Simple, accessible creative materials

  • The option to move at your own pace — or not at all for a while

What we might do

🌈 Slow collage or intuitive making
🌈 Gentle journaling or creative reflection
🌈 Simple hand-based projects (nothing overwhelming)
🌈 Optional quiet moments, grounding prompts, or mini resets

Everything is designed to feel supportive, not structured.

Who this is for?

👉🏽 People going through a big season in life
👉🏿 People feeling a bit overwhelmed, flat, or stretched thin
👉🏻 People who haven’t made anything in a long time
👉🏾 People who just need a break, but struggle to 'do nothing'

Why?

Because sometimes the most productive thing you can do… is stop for a minute.

Because making something small can shift something big.

Because it feels good to be held in a space that doesn’t need anything from you.

Less “workshop.” More “I didn’t realise how much I needed that.”

The finishing touches

Want to book this privately for your own group? We can tailor the session to suit exactly what you need — soft, slow, and quietly restorative.

$50 per person
